Some mornings are better than others but they all have a Wowza factor for me... my late morning coffee. That’s for sure a mood trigger and sets the tone for the day. With a childish enthusiasm, I love discovering new places to enjoy some “me” time whilst having my breakfast. I try making the most of the experience so that I can be connected with my soul, balanced and centred for a good new day. When I remember, as we often prioritise others, I ask myself the most important question: “How are you today, my lovely? From there, things can move deeper to: “How do you feel? What would you like to be doing today? What could you do extra to improve the quality of your day/life?” and so on. My answers are the MAP for the day and even the reference for my week or month. My personal happiness Map. And it all starts with my coffee routine. Learn to spend quality time with yourself to recharge and set yourself to the right vibe. This way, you’ll be calmer and more in control of your reactions.
The beauty of this habbit is that you can practice it as often as you want. Even more than ever when you’re stressed, tyred and over-burnt. Those are the signals your body is trying to point out when you need to stop, breath, relax and ask yourself : “How are you?” Like you mean it. Give yourself time to answer honestly and embrace your emotions, good or bad. It’s ok to feel like that. Whatever you might be feeling, it’s part of the journey. But you are the only one in charge to stop, ask and change whatever needs to be changed so that you can fuction at your best. Give yourself time, give yourself some good old TLC-tender, love and care. Those around you will benefit from a more loving and balanced “you”.
Start with yourself and keep sharing the love and the sparkle.

——————————————— Unele dimineti sunt mai bune ca si altele dar toate au in comun factorul “Wawza” de motivatie pentru o noua zi reusita: calitatea cafelei de dimineata. Savurata in intimitatea caminului propriu sau in locatii noi pe care le vanez cu un entuziasm copilaresc, cafeaua matinala este unul dintre momentele mele preferate ale zilei. Este timpul petrecut cu mine si tin enorm de mult la rutina frumoasa in care incerc sa am grija nu doar de trup, ci si de suflet. Imi savurez micul dejun si stau de vorba cu ... mine. La fel cum daruiesc timpul, energia si atentia mea celor din jur, imi acord aceeasi grija si folosesc cele cateva minute pentru a-mi adresa cea mai simpla si sincera intrebare: “Ce mai faci, draga mea?” De aici, raspunsul meu ma duce mai departe: “Cum te simti astazi? Care este starea ta? Ce ti-ar placea sa faci pentru tine acum ca sa-ti imbunatatesi ziua sau dispozitia personala?” Raspunsurile sincere pe care ni le dam seteaza harta zilei sau chiar a saptamanii.
Echilibrul vine din interior si incepe cu noi insine. Opreste-te din agitatia zilnica ori de cate ori te simti obosit, nervos, stresat, surescitat, emotiv. Sunt semnale ale corpului care te implora sa-l asculti si sa-ti acorzi timp. Full stop. Stai de vorba cu tine de cate ori este nevoie si foloseste raspunsurile primite de la suflet pentru a te cunoaste mai bine. Imbratiseaza toata paleta de emotii ale sufletului fiindca toate sunt ale tale, fac parte din calatoria ta. Primeste raspunsurile cu dragoste si blandete, la fel cum ai face-o daca ai sta de vorba cu un copil.
Totul pentru a reusi sa fii mai conectat cu propria persoana, mai echilibrat si mai calm. In acest fel vei putea darui cea mai buna versiune a ta si celor dragi. Sanatatea fizica vine direct din sanatatea si echilibrul sufletului. La fel si frumusetea exterioara. Acorda-ti timp, iubire si grija.
