Carry on with a morning routine that boosts up your energy level. Create your motivational play-list and stick to it on your way to work. Smile to strangers. Say thank you. You will mirror the power of your actions in the people you interract with.
Dream big. Take a small step in the direction of your dreams daily. Stay positive. Practice sports. Make love, not war.
Start being a better person. Write down your personal development plan and break it down to days, weeks, months and years. Stick to your plans and feel stronger day by day.
